Nutrition Workshops:
– Community and social support can be a key factor in making lasting changes when it comes to nutrition and eating.
– Try a Nutrition Workshop where we gather, learn together, and support each other in reaching our health goals.
– The group visits are scheduled as a series of two 60-minute visits, that are scheduled approximately four weeks apart.
– Nutrition Workshops will be advertised around town or you can organize a group of 3-10 people and request a workshop.
– These workshops typically include a presentation from a doctor, cooking demonstrations, Q&A w/doctor, and participant discussion.
– Participants receive presentation, handouts, and healthy recipes to make implementing change both achievable and sustainable.
